President’s Message

// February 13th, 2010 // No Comments » // Uncategorized

Thanks to everyone who joined us for our Mardi Gras dance. The crowd was large, Jesse Brown and Choupique made terrific music and there were lots of great costumes. I especially want to thank Betty O’Pry for the wonderful job she does taking photos at our dances, they are archived on our website for your enjoyment. I also urge everyone in the chapter to purchase the Accordion Raffle tickets sent to you from the National Board. The package is just 10 bucks and the proceeds go a long way to putting on our Annual LeCajun Music Festival. The Accordion alone is worth over $2000. Either mail your check back with the ticket stubs or give them to our LeCajun rep Ralph Marino at the next dance.
Our next theme dance will be in April and we’d like your ideas so check our web site for details and get creative then plan to dress up and decorate your table, its really great fun.

Merci, John Pellerin
